Glendale, AZ (November 9, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, 28-year-old Leodany Hernandez-Reyes died in a crash on Grand and Myrtle Avenues.

The fatal crash happened around 4 p.m. on November 9. 

Glendale police said the collision involved a car and a motorcycle. The collision occurred near Grand and Myrtle Avenues around 4 p.m.

 Hernandez-Reyes was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Police said the woman driving the car involved stayed on the scene and is cooperating with the investigators.

 No impairment is suspected at this time.
