Lionel Rodriguez of Simi Valley Dies in Interstate 5 Traffic Collision [Sacramento, CA]

Sacramento, CA (December 7, 2022) On Tuesday morning, 32-year-old Lionel Rodriguez and 33-year-old Juan Carlos Rodriguez died in a traffic collision on I-5.

CHP says that the deadly vehicle crash happened near Sutterville Road at around 6 a.m.

Reports say that an unmarked Ford Fusion rossed the solid white and line hit both Rodriguez brothers as they were putting gas inside a pickup truck.

Officials say that pickup might have ran out of gas and is pulled over to the side of the road.

Meanwhile, officials say that the driver of the Ford is an on duty detective.

Furthermore, officiasl pronounced one of the victims dead at the scene, while the other died at the hospital.
