Injured in a Stanislaus County Big Rig Crash? Sweet Lawyers Can Help
A big rig crash can cause severe injuries and major disruption in seconds.
When a commercial truck overturns on a busy interstate like I-5, victims may face emergency medical care, pain, vehicle damage, missed work, and difficult questions about what caused the crash.
Even when the roadway remains open, the aftermath of a truck collision can be overwhelming for injured victims and their families.
At Sweet Lawyers, we understand how complex big rig accident cases can be.
Commercial truck crashes may involve many factors, including driver fatigue, speed, cargo weight, shifting loads, vehicle maintenance, tire failure, road conditions, company safety practices, and driver training.
Determining what happened often requires a careful review of the crash scene, trucking records, and official reports.
Our team helps injured victims protect their rights after serious truck and freeway accidents. We assist with reviewing CHP reports, gathering evidence, communicating with insurance companies, and helping clients understand their legal options.
Important evidence may include crash scene photographs, vehicle damage, driver logs, maintenance records, black box data, witness statements, medical records, dash camera footage, and traffic camera video.
Insurance companies and trucking carriers may act quickly after a crash, but injured victims should not feel pressured into accepting a settlement before understanding the full extent of their injuries and future medical needs.
A personal injury claim may help recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, rehabilitation, future care, and other accident-related losses.
