LAGUNA BEACH, CA (March 3, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a car crash on northbound Highway 133, Sunday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 3:56 PM. It happened just north of Laguna Canyon Road. Based on an initial report, a black sedan spun out of the road and flipped over. Soon after, it landed in the center divider. No other vehicle was involved in the incident.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They confirmed that one person suffered serious injuries due to crash impact. The victim’s identity was not yet released by the authorities.
 
Towing services were requested for a clearing operation in the area. The cause of the rollover was not yet known. Additional information will be released once it becomes available, as the accident is still under investigation.
