Male Passenger Killed in DUI Crash on Eureka Road [Eureka, CA]

2 Dead in Granite Bay Vehicle Crash

Granite Bay, CA (April 7, 2025) – Two men were fatally injured in a DUI crash on Eureka Road early Sunday morning.

It was around 3:14 a.m. when the collision happened east of Bridle Path Lane.

According to the authorities, a BMW M3 was speeding on Eureka Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle, which ran off the north side of the roadway.

The vehicle then crashed into a redwood tree, killing the driver and right-front passenger.

CHP Auburn closed the roadway for about four hours while they investigated.
