Seattle, WA (August 4, 2025) – A Chevrolet Malibu passenger was injured in a deadly collision on N 128th Street early Saturday morning.

It was before 5 a.m. when the collision happened on Aurora Avenue North.

According to the authorities, a Seattle Fire Department ladder truck was making a right turn, traveling south on Aurora Avenue from 128th Street, when it collided with the Malibu that was speeding south.

Immediately, the rescuers responded to the scene and provided medical treatment to the Malibu’s driver, however, despite all life-saving efforts, he was declared deceased at the scene.

Moreover, the passenger in the Malibu was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
