Troopers Investigate San Antonio Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash

San Antonio, TX (November 21, 2025) – A man in his 20s was killed in a traffic collision on Historic Old Highway 90 early Wednesday morning.

It was around 5:30 a.m. when the collision happened near Suzette Avenue.

Troopers said the man was walking on the side of the road and attempted to cross the street when he was hit by a white SUV.

The victim flew approximately 20-30 feet in the air due to the impact.

Afterward, another vehicle struck the man and the driver stopped and reported the accident o the authorities.

Rescuers rushed to the scene and declared the victim dead.

Witnesses said the vehicle slow down and fled the scene.

Officers are still investigating this deadly crash.
