ST LOUIS, MO (May 3, 2026) – Saturday, a 40-year-old man died in a horrific e-bike crash on US Route 61.

The incident involving a Toyota Tundra and an e-bike happened just after midnight on northbound US Route 61.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a pickup truck struck a man riding an e-bike.

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver, a 36-year-old man, was not reported to be injured.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
