42-Year-Old Manuel Leon Villanueva Arrested in Head-On Crash on Cox Road [San Marcos, CA]

San Marcos, CA (August 22, 2025) – A 22-year-old man was injured in a head-on crash on Cox Road that led to the arrest of 42-year-old Manuel Leon Villanueva.

According to authorities, the shocking incident happened around 3:30 p.m. at Cox Road and Mulberry Drive.
