24-Year-Old Rider Injured in Crippling Motorcycle Crash near North John Stockbauer Lane [Victoria, TX]

Injuries Reported in Victoria Motorcycle Accident near North John Stockbauer Lane and Baltimore Avenue

VICTORIA, TX (July 7, 2026) – Sunday night, a 24-year-old rider sustained injuries in a crippling motorcycle crash near North John Stockbauer Lane.

The incident happened just before 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of North John Stockbauer Lane and Baltimore Avenue.

Police said a 72-year-old woman driving a Nissan attempted to turn left from North John Stockbauer Lane onto Baltimore Avenue and failed to yield to an oncoming motorcycle.

Investigators said the motorcycle collided with the front of the Nissan.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital with severe injuries.

A 22-year-old passenger in the Nissan sustained minor injuries and was also taken to a nearby hospital.

The Victoria Police Department is continuing to investigate the crash.
