1 Dead in San Jose Motorcycle Accident on 1000 North Tenth Street

SAN JOSE, CA (July 2, 2026) – Last June 22, a person died in a horrific motorcycle crash on 1000 North Tenth Street.

The incident happened in the 1000 block of North Tenth Street.

A motorcyclist has died after a collision with a pickup truck on North Tenth Street in San Jose, police said.

Investigators believe the driver of a beige 2001 Toyota Tundra was traveling northbound when he turned left into a business parking lot and collided with a southbound black 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

The pickup driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.

The motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital with severe injuries. Police said he was later stabilized but died from his injuries on July 1.

The victim’s identity has not been released by the Santa Clara County Office of the Medical Examiner.

The San Jose Police Department Traffic Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate the crash and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
