COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (September 22, 2026) – Sunday, a person was hospitalized in a crippling motorcycle crash on Austin Bluffs Parkway.

The incident involving two vehicles happened on Austin Bluffs Parkway.

A motorcyclist was taken to a hospital after a collision with a sedan.

CSPD said a preliminary investigation found the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Austin Bluffs Parkway when it collided with a blue sedan turning left onto eastbound East Woodmen Road.

Officers and medical personnel responded to the scene and provided aid to those involved. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The intersection was closed during the investigation, with limited traffic allowed for southbound vehicles turning west onto East Woodmen Road and eastbound vehicles turning south onto Austin Bluffs Parkway.
