AVONDALE, AZ (June 21, 2026) – Saturday morning, a tragic motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 near Avondale Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 8:00 a.m. on Interstate 10 near Avondale Boulevard.

According to reports, a motorcycle attempted to pass a vehicle by moving to the left side of the HOV lane and collided with a disabled vehicle. Then, another vehicle struck the motorcyclist who was already on the pavement.

Moreover, responders rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where the patient was later pronounced dead.
