Frightening Motorcycle Crash on Route O Injures 2 Women [Callaway County, MO]

Callaway County, MO (September 28, 2025) — On Saturday afternoon, a motorcycle crash on Route O left a 13-year-old Fulton girl and a 26-year-old Martinsburg woman with serious injuries.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 1:14 p.m. on Route O near County Road 419.

Reports say that the driver lost control, veered off the right side of the road, went down a hill, and the motorcycle overturned.

Both the juvenile and adult were wearing helmets at the time of the crash. Ambulances transported them to University Hospital for treatment.
