2 People Injured in San Antonio Motorcycle Accident on Southwest Military Drive

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 19, 2025) – Sunday night, a disastrous motorcycle crash on Southwest Military Drive led to injuries.

The incident happened at about 10:45 p.m. on Southwest Military Drive near Garnett on the South Side.

A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a sedan, police said.

According to investigators, the motorcyclist struck the side of the sedan and was thrown about 30 yards from his bike. He was transported to a hospital with possible life-threatening injuries. An officer was sent to the hospital to determine if alcohol was a factor.

The driver of the sedan sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Police said no charges have been filed.
