The incident happened at around 7:20 p.m. on US 6 near Golden.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, an eastbound motorcycle lost control and slid into a Honda CR-V. Then, the force of the crash ejected the 47-year-old male motorcyclist into the roadway, struck by an unknown vehicle and dragged at least a half mile down the highway.
