Injured in a Motorcycle Crash? Sweet Lawyers Can Help You Move Forward
A motorcycle crash can leave a rider facing pain, medical uncertainty, and financial stress in an instant.
Unlike occupants of passenger vehicles, motorcyclists have limited protection in a collision, so even a low-speed or moderate-impact crash can result in serious injuries.
Hospital treatment, follow-up appointments, motorcycle repairs, missed work, and insurance issues can quickly become overwhelming.
At Sweet Lawyers, we understand how difficult the aftermath of a motorcycle accident can be. Injured riders may be dealing with road rash, fractures, head injuries, neck and back pain, soft tissue trauma, and emotional distress.
In some cases, the full extent of injuries may not be known immediately, making it important to seek medical care and document all symptoms after the crash.
Motorcycle accident claims often require a careful investigation. Important evidence may include police reports, witness statements, vehicle damage, motorcycle damage, roadway markings, medical records, photos from the scene, and any available surveillance or dash camera footage.
These details can help determine whether driver inattention, failure to yield, unsafe turning, speeding, or another factor contributed to the collision.
Insurance companies may try to minimize a rider’s injuries or unfairly shift blame.
Sweet Lawyers helps injured motorcyclists protect their rights and understand their legal options.
Depending on the circumstances, compensation may be available for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, rehabilitation, motorcycle damage, and other losses related to the crash.
