Injured in a Colorado Springs Motorcycle Crash? Sweet Lawyers Can Help
Motorcycle crashes can be frightening, even when the rider is expected to recover.
Unlike occupants of passenger vehicles, motorcyclists have limited protection during a collision, which means even a seemingly moderate crash can lead to painful injuries, medical bills, missed work, and emotional stress.
After a crash on a busy highway like I-25, injured riders may also face uncertainty about insurance claims, vehicle damage, and how the collision occurred.
At Sweet Lawyers, we understand the challenges motorcycle accident victims face after a crash. Riders may suffer injuries that are not immediately clear at the scene, including neck pain, back injuries, road rash, soft tissue damage, fractures, and head trauma.
Symptoms can worsen in the days after the collision, making it important to seek medical attention and document all treatment.
Our team helps injured motorcyclists protect their rights and understand their legal options.
A motorcycle accident claim may involve reviewing police reports, witness statements, vehicle damage, roadway conditions, traffic patterns, medical records, and any available dash camera or surveillance footage.
These details may help determine whether driver inattention, unsafe lane changes, speeding, failure to yield, or another factor contributed to the crash.
Insurance companies may attempt to minimize a rider’s injuries or place unfair blame on the motorcyclist.
Sweet Lawyers works to help injured victims pursue compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, rehabilitation, motorcycle repairs, and other damages related to the crash.
