1 Dead in Thurston County Motorcycle Accident near Reeder Road and 137th Trail
THURSTON COUNTY, WA (February 23, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a motorcyclist died in a crash near Reeder Road and 137th Trail.
The incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of Reeder Road Southwest and 137th Trail just south of Maytown.
Officers confirmed that a motorcyclist crashed into another vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.
Thurston County Sheriff’s Lt. Cameron Simper confirmed that the motorcyclist succumbed to injuries at the scene.
Meanwhile, the Honda CRV driver sustained no injuries in the crash.
Both of the drivers were adult males and both solely occupied their vehicles.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
