17-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in FM 1960 Collision

1 Killed in Woodland Hills Drive Collision

Harris County, TX (May 30, 2024) – A 17-year-old motorcyclist was killed following an FM 1960 collision Wednesday night.

The fatal collision occurred around 9:50 p.m. at the intersection with Woodland Hills Drive.

Officers said a motorcycle rider was eastbound on FM 1960 and approaching the intersection while another vehicle was turning left southbound on Woodland Hills Drive.

The motorcycle and the other vehicle collided in the intersection.

As a result, the rider fell onto the roadway and died.

Moreover, the other driver involved in the initial collision remained at the scene and did not show any signs of intoxication.

Police were still working to determine who had the green light when the accident happened.

Officers are also investigating reports that another unidentified vehicle may have run over the rider after the initial collision.
