Police Investigate Fatal Crash on Montgomery Boulevard in Albuquerque

Albuquerque, NM (May 2, 2025) – A motorcyclist died in a crash on Montgomery Boulevard.

Police arrived at the intersection of Montgomery Boulevard and Washington Street NE and determined that the motorcyclist had collided with the rear passenger side of a Nissan SUV on Montgomery.

The impact caused the Nissan to spin into the westbound lanes of Montgomery. 

The motorcycle and its rider then crashed into a brick display wall located at the southeast corner of the intersection. 

The rider, an adult male, died at the scene.

Authorities are currently investigating the crash.
