Colleyville Motorcyclist Killed in Horrific Ira E Woods Avenue Crash [Grapevine, TX]

Grapevine, TX (February 19, 2025) – A motorcycle and a car were involved in the horrific Ira E. Woods Avenue crash Tuesday morning that killed a 21-year-old Colleyville man.

According to police, the fatal crash happened on the 3100 block of Ira E. Woods Avenue in Grapevine.

Reports say that the 21-year-old motorcyclist lost his life after a car struck him, as the rider was eastbound on Ira E. Woods Avenue when a driver heading in the opposite direction attempted to turn into a parking lot.

The vehicle collided with the motorcycle, ejecting the rider on impact.

Emergency responders transported the motorcyclist to the hospital with multiple injuries, but he later died. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.

As of Tuesday evening, authorities had not filed any charges. The investigation remains ongoing.
