Violent Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 30 Claims a Life [Fort Worth, TX]

Fort Worth, TX (August 12, 2025) Early Monday morning, a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 30 left one person dead and shut down all westbound lanes.

According to officials, the collision happened around 6:26 a.m. near the 1800 block of the East Freeway and involved at least five vehicles. Authorities confirmed that a passenger in one of the vehicles died at the scene.

No other serious injuries were reported. Central and East Traffic units responded, and traffic detectives closed the westbound lanes to investigate the incident.

The identities of those involved have not yet been released.
