4 People Hospitalized in San Antonio Multi-Vehicle Accident on 15000 Nacogdoches Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 23, 2026) – Saturday afternoon, an alarming multi-vehicle crash on 15000 Nacogdoches Road injured four people.

The incident happened at around 5:16 p.m. at the 15000 block of Nacogdoches Road.

According to reports, a southbound 2019 black Chevrolet Colorado traveling at a high rate of speed in the northbound lanes ran a red light and struck another vehicle. Then, the Chevrolet continued traveling and collided with six more vehicles.

Moreover, responders transported the driver of the Chevrolet and three other drivers to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
