PACOIMA, CA (June 15, 2026) – Sunday morning, a tragic multi-vehicle crash on 5 Freeway and Terra Bella Street killed one person.

The incident happened at around 3:35 a.m. on Golden State (5) Freeway at Terra Bella Street.

According to reports, the crash involved a white Honda sedan and at least two other vehicles.
