AUSTIN, TX (October 22, 2023) – Saturday morning, a disastrous multi-vehicle crash on 9900 East US 290 Highway injured seven people.

The incident happened at around 5:04 a.m. in the 9900 block of East US 290 Highway service road.

According to the Austin Fire Department, the incident involved three vehicles and a total of seven patients.

Moreover, Austin-Travis County EMS transported one person with life-threatening injuries and four people with serious injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment. Then, paramedics transported two patients to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with unknown injuries.
