DOWNEY, CA (July 23, 2023) – Early Saturday morning, a brutal auto accident on Downey Avenue and Imperial Highway killed Mynor Medina and Fabian Armas.

The incident occurred just before 5:10 p.m. when a car crashed into a tree in the area of Downey Avenue and the Imperial Highway.

When the authorities arrived, they declared both victims, Medina, 27, and Armas, 34 dead at the scene. Also, their identities remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.

Moreover, the California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert that shut down all lanes of the Imperial Highway from Paramount Boulevard to Downey Avenue for several hours as they investigated the accident.
