Driver Nadezhda Gorbachenko Dead in I-5 Multi-Vehicle Crash

Troopers Searching for Suspect Driver in SeaTac Deadly Crash

SeaTac, WA (March 16, 2026) – Nadezhda Gorbachenko, 72, of Kent, was killed in an I-5 vehicle crash early Sunday morning.

The deadly three-vehicle crash happened past 3 a.m. on March 16.

Investigators said a driver struck Gorbachenko’s car, which made it disabled and stop at the middled of the road.

Afterward, a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old Olympia man also crashed into Gorbachenko’s vehicle.

The Olympia driver was transported to St. Anne Hospital in Burien, but Gorbachenko was declared dead at the scene.

According to the authorities, they are searching for the driver who left the crash scene.
