Neecoal Marie Walker of Shafter Killed in Highway 43 Accident [Shafter, CA]

Shafter, CA (November 28, 2024) – Neecoal Marie Walker, 46, of Shafter, was fatally hit by a vehicle on Highway 43 Saturday.

The authorities said Walker was walking on the southbound highway, south of Orange Avenue when she was hit by a vehicle.

Immediately, the emergency team rushed Walker to Kern Medical where she later succumbed to her injuries.
