Subaru Driver Noreen Filomeo Will Face Charges in N Market Street DUI Crash [Redding, CA]

Redding, CA (April 17, 2025) – Subaru driver Noreen Filomeo will face charges following N Market Street DUI crash Tuesday morning.

The head-on crash happened around 11:23 a.m. south of Lake Boulevard.

Responding officers found an overturned blue 2017 Subaru sedan with significant damage. They also found a 2005 Ford Focus north of the Subaru with major damage.

Rescuers extricated Noreen Filomeo from her vehicle and rushed her to an area hospital with moderate injuries. 

The rescuers also transported the Ford driver to a local hospital with moderate injuries.

According to the investigators, the Subaru crossed over the center median of North Market Street and was traveling south in the northbound lanes before it collided head-on with the Ford.

The Redding Police Department determined Filomeo was driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
