Menifee, CA (May 11, 2025) — Police arrested Omar Sangines, suspected of driving under the influence after a vehicle struck a pedestrian early Saturday morning in Menifee.

According to the Menifee Police Department, officers responded around 4:58 a.m. to the intersection of Menifee and Newport roads after receiving reports of a man lying in the roadway.
