VISTA, CA (June 18, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a head-on crash at Hutchison Street Tuesday afternoon in Vista.
 
The crash happened around 4:16 p.m. at the intersection of Hutchison Street and Osborne Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Ford Mustang and a Toyota sedan collided head-on for unknown reasons.
 
Paramedics responded to the scene and took one patient to Tri-City Medical Center for proper treatment. The identity and condition of the victim were not immediately available.
