The crash occurred around 4:53 p.m. on February 26 at the intersection of Westview Drive and North 10th Street.
According to police, the collision happened when a vehicle traveling west on North 10th Street turned off Westview Drive and failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
The failure to yield resulted in a crash involving two vehicles.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported one individual to a local hospital with minor injuries.
