One Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 113 near 80 Freeway [DIXON, CA]

Evening Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 113 in Dixon Leaves 1 Dead

 
DIXON, CA (November 5, 2019) – One person was killed following a two-vehicle crash late Tuesday evening in Dixon.
 
The crash happened around 10:42 p.m. on southbound Highway 113, just east of 80 Freeway.
 
CHP officials did not indicate the cause of the crash, but one of the vehicles had rolled down the ditch where it landed on its side.
 
Responding paramedics found one occupant who was unconscious after the crash. Life-saving measures were performed on the patient, but the individual did not survive.
 
A coroner was called to the scene to conduct a full report.
 
The incident is still on active investigation while the authorities are putting the pieces together.
