Oscar Palacios Dies in Bicycle Accident on Palm Avenue [Highland, CA]

Traffic Accident on Palm Avenue Kills San Bernardino Man

Highland, CA (May 17, 2022) – On May 14, 34-year-old Oscar Palacios of San Bernardino lost his life in a bicycle accident on Palm Avenue.

The traffic incident took place before 11:47 p.m. at the intersection with 5th Street.

The paramedics rushed Oscar Palacios to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he died on Saturday at  9:09 a.m.
