According to authorities, police responded to a motorcycle-versus-vehicle collision near Hilltop Plaza.

Investigators identified the motorcyclist as Bartlow, a Rio Rancho resident. He was found unresponsive in the northbound lanes with severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
