Passenger Paul Skarry Injured in CR 200 DUI Crash [Orland, CA] 

Orland, CA (April 4, 2026) – Paul Skarry, 65, of Chico, sustained injuries following a CR 200 DUI crash Thursday afternoon.

It was past noon when the solo-vehicle crash happened on the westbound freeway, west of Orlando.

Troopers said Stanley Gray, 66, also of Chico, was driving his 2007 Subaru Forester about 60 mph, when he drove off the right side of the road toward an ‘S’ curve, where he crashed onto a metal guard rail.

Gray was wearing his seat belt and was not seriously hurt, but his passenger, Skarry, was not wearing his seatbelt and was seriously injured. 

The medical rescuers rushed Skarry to Enloe Hospital in Chico.

Moreover, police arrested Gray on felony DUI charges for causing injuries.
