Camdenton, MO (May 22, 2025) – 2 people were hurt after a horrific pedestrian accident on Ohana Drive on Tuesday afternoon.

According to authorities, the shocking incident happened at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Ohana Drive near a community pool.

Reports say that a 48-year-old woman from Little Rock, Arkansas, accidentally accelerated forward instead of reversing while driving a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban.

The SUV struck two pedestrians.

Authorities say that a 45-year-old man from Camdenton, Missouri, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to University Hospital by MU Air Ambulance.

Meanwhile, a 49-year-old man from Ulman, Missouri, was also seriously injured and transported to Lake Regional Hospital by Mercy EMS.
