Arlington, TX (September 7, 2026) — A pedestrian crash near 172nd Street NE left a man with serious injuries Friday night after a vehicle struck him while he was crossing an access road.

The Arlington Police Department said the crash happened around 10:57 p.m. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Police do not believe alcohol contributed to the collision.

Paramedics transported the injured man to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for treatment. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and are asking witnesses to come forward.
