ALBUQUERQUE, NM (October 6, 2025) – Saturday night, a crippling pedestrian crash near Carlisle and Menaul Boulevard injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 8:50 p.m. near Carlisle and Menaul Boulevard.

According to the Albuquerque Police Department, a vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the pedestrian to the University of New Mexico Hospital with critical injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the APD’s Fatal Crash Team continued to investigate the crash.
