PUYALLUP, WA (June 22, 2026) – Sunday morning, a 25-year-old man died in a devastating pedestrian crash on 1600 North Levee Road.

The incident happened at around 3:10 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Levee Road.

According to reports, a semi truck crashed into the 25-year-old man.

The pedestrian, a 25-year-old male, was declared dead at the scene following the collision.

Police said the driver of the semi-truck was cooperative, was questioned by investigators, and was released at the scene.

The Metro Major Collision Response Team responded to investigate the crash. The Washington State Patrol Commercial Vehicle Enforcement also assisted due to the involvement of a commercial vehicle.
