Injuries Reported in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on 2300 Northwest Military Drive

SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 4, 2026) – Saturday night, a 16-year-old boy was hospitalized after a startling pedestrian crash on 2300 Northwest Military Drive.

The incident involving a 2023 Chrysler 300 and a pedestrian happened just before 8:00 p.m. in the 2300 block of Northwest Military Drive.

Police said a female driver struck a teenager who was walking in a marked crosswalk.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the driver initially stopped to check on the teen but left the scene after learning police were being called.

The teen was taken to a hospital with non-critical injuries.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
