Pomona, CA (May 23, 2024) On Wednesday evening, a deadly auto-pedestrian crash on East Mission Boulevard claimed the life of a person.

According to the Pomona Police Department, the fatal crash happened around 10:09 p.m. at the intersection with South Reservoir Street.

Reports say that the collision involved an unidentified pedestrian and a vehicle.

Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics declared the victim dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
