PALM DESERT, CA (February 10, 2026) – Monday morning, a crippling pedestrian crash on El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive injured one person.

Reports confirmed that the incident happened at around 9:44 a.m. on El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said that a vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital with major injuries.
