RIALTO, CA (March 4, 2026) – Monday, a Fontana man died in a devastating pedestrian crash on Foothill Boulevard and Eucalyptus Avenue.

The incident happened at about 12:01 a.m. on Foothill Boulevard and Eucalyptus Avenue.

Officers arrived and found a 42-year-old man who had been struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene and was identified only as a Fontana resident as of Monday morning.

Police said the driver stayed at the location.

Investigators determined the man had been crossing Foothill Boulevard outside a marked crosswalk when the collision occurred. Rialto police said there were no signs the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
