SHELTON, WA (December 16, 2025) – Friday afternoon, an alarming pedestrian crash on Highway 101 and Shelton-Matlock Road injured two people.

The accident happened at around 1:00 p.m. on Highway 101 and Shelton-Matlock Road.

According to reports, a car struck a male pedestrian who attempted to cross the roadway.

Moreover, responders transported the male pedestrian to Harborview Medical Center with unknown injuries. Then, paramedics transported the patient to Mason General Hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers do not believe that impairment played a role in the Shelton crash.
