Pedestrian Crash on Irving Street Injures Female Cyclist [San Francisco, CA]

San Francisco, CA (March 8, 2026) — On Friday afternoon, a woman riding a bicycle suffered life-threatening injuries after a pedestrian crash on Irving Street in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset neighborhood.

The crash occurred shortly after 3 p.m. along Irving Street between 7th and 8th avenues. Responding officers located the injured bicyclist at the scene and called for emergency medical assistance.

Paramedics transported the woman to a nearby hospital with severe traumatic injuries. Authorities have not released her identity as the investigation continues.
