2-Year-Old Girl Dies in Tragic Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Monfort Drive
Dallas, TX (April 14, 2024) On Saturday, a disastrous pedestrian crash on Monfort Drive led to the death of a 2-year-old girl.
According to the Dallas Police Department, the fatal auto-pedestrian crash happened early Saturday on the 13700 block of Monfort Drive.
Reports say that a child ran across a parking lot while a parked vehicle was pulling away to drive off.
Officials say that the toddler was rushed to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Authorities say that the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with officials.
