1 Person Hospitalized in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Prue Road and Horn Boulevard

SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 30, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a startling pedestrian crash on Prue Road and Horn Boulevard injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 4:09 p.m. on Prue Road and Horn Boulevard.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a vehicle traveling on the northwest side struck a child for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the child to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the SAPD continued investigating the crash.
