St. Louis, MO (November 28, 2025) –  A pedestrian was fatally injured following a Gravois Avenue accident Wednesday night.

The deadly traffic crash happened minutes before 10:50 p.m. at the intersection with Iowa Avenue in the Benton Park West neighborhood.
